CopyFILE™ is an Adobe® Acrobat® plug-in that allows linking to single or multiple files that can be copied or downloaded from a specified location.
CopyFILE™ distributes technical data, production information, support documents and ancillary data using PDF files. It provides the ability to link technical details and other support files to specific information found within a PDF file.
Additionally, the CopyFILE™ plug-in provides support for both relative and hard-coded links. Relative links work across various distribution methods for PDF files such as CD-ROM, Internet, Intranet, and across network shares.
By authoring a single link using the CopyFILE™ plug-in, an organization can be confident they control the distribution of their technical content or ancillary information without having to modify or make link changes in order to distribute across multiple platforms.
