CopyFILE™ Acrobat Plug-in Registration/Support

Product Registration

The trial version of the CopyFILE™ plug-in allows for three links to be created. A registration code in required in order to continue creating CopyFILE™ links. If the CopyFILE™ plug-in was purchased and a registration code has been received, please follow the steps outlined below to register to begin using. If you do not have a registration code, please click here to buy it now!

Within Acrobat Standard/Professional go to Help->About Third-Party Plug-ins and choose CopyFILE(TM)…

The following dialog will appear. Click on Registration option below in order to enter the Registration information.

A Name and Key will be provided after the purchase. Enter this information into the screen below. Click on “Verify/Apply Key” button to confirm registration. A confirmation window will appear confirming the registration is successful. The status will change from Not Registered to Registered with either Single or Multi File license.

Support

If a CopyFILE™ link is selected and the message appears "The plug-in required by this CopyFILEGCS action is not available…" indicates the CopyFILE™ plug-in is not installed.
