Examples using iframe to embed PDF into HTML

An iframe or inline frame allows for the ability to embed a document, in this case a PDF file, into the body of a HTML file for display. The embedded PDF file will appear, provided Acrobat is installed on your system. Support for inline frames is not universal so, some browsers may behave differently. Overall, the use of iframe technology and PDF provides a way to display a PDF on a HTML page without having the user click the PDF to open.

To see CopyFILE links in action requires the following:

1. Adobe® Acrobat® Standard/Professional or Acrobat Reader® version 6.x or above.
2. CopyFILE™ plug-in installed. Click here to download trial evaluation.
3. click a button on the left. A PDF file will load as a iframe into the browser window. Select the CopyFILE™ link identified within each example.
